帘布展开器 X-PANDER

展开器包含两个倾斜安装的独立运行的三轮展开器。两个固定的导轮一直接触着帘布，另一个移动导轮潜入帘布的一边。通过导轮潜入的不同角度可以改变轮胎帘布宽度。

 

 

展开系统用在浸染及热延伸生产线上轮胎麻绳宽度控制。电动机控制的固定导轮通过相应的感应器信号潜进左边或右边来扩展材料。

Spreading is by 2 correction rollers which dip into the tire cord according to sensor signals. Both sides of the cord web are treated independently from each other. Roller adjustment is motorized.
